If I filed my taxes and completed the RITA portion, do I need to do anything else for my city taxes?

Yes, you must either file the RITA taxes by mail or through the RITA website. http://www.ritaohio.com/

Unfortunately, you cannot electronically file your Rita taxes through TurboTax.
