If I filed exempt all year and have three dependents will I receive a refund?

Without knowing exactly how much you made and your complete tax situation, the best answer is to enter all of your information into TurboTax and see.  If you did not pay in any taxes, you will not receive a refund of taxes paid in, but you could still possibly qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit and other refundable tax credits. 

If you do qualify for one of those credits, yes you could receive a refund.
