If I do not end up filing my taxes with Turbo tax, will I still get charged?

I started my filing but my grandpa is a CPA and he may want to do mine on his CPA software.

No, if you don't file using TurboTax you won't be charged unless you pay so that you can print your tax return.

So what if my CC was charged but I didn't end up filing with Turbo Tax. How can I get a refund?
