If I did not work and got no W2 or any tax papers for anything and I let my daughter claim me. Do I even have to file an income tax?

You do not mention whether you had any taxable income--  you only say you did not work.  Did you have income like Social Security?  Money from a pension?  From a retirement account like an IRA or 401k?  Investment income?

If you had no taxable income or had Social Security and less than $4700 of any other income, you do not have to file a tax return, and you can be claimed as a dependent if your daughter paid for over half your support in 2023.
