"If I delete the imported investment information from my turbo tax, will I be able to import it again today?"

Tax returns can always be amended. Having said that, if you haven't completed your taxes you should be able to go back (back button) to where you deleted the investment information. You can also start over from the beginning, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
