Yeah I would also like to know but sadly I don't think they check posts here, this is just for community support, they make it hard to actually contact them.
TurboTax does not receive tax refunds or other payments on behalf of customers. We did not receive any customer’s payments and we are not holding any money for customers. Only the IRS can issue the payment to you, and the process is the same regardless of how you file your tax return.
Unfortunately, a number of our customers were affected by a processing error that occurred during the distribution of the second round of payments.
We have been working with the IRS on behalf of TurboTax customers as they attempt to resolve this issue, ensuring that information on file for our customers is accurate. We expect some affected customers to receive payments within the next few days. Others may be required to claim the payment as a credit on their 2020 tax return.
