If I choose not to file through Turbo Tax, how can I delete the return? Can not clear and start over.

If you choose not to file with TurboTax that is fine, if you are unable to clear and start over that is ok. You can simply sign out and abandon the tax return in progress. Once tax season is completed, any data that you entered will be automatically removed and purged.
