If I applied to get marketplace health insurance, but never opted for coverage, will I still need to file with my 1095-a form in 2023? I applied in early January of 2024

I applied in early January of 2024 and ended up deleting my application because I decided I didn't want coverage. So now when I login to Marketplace, there's no application or tax forms to access.

No.   You will not have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance to enter on a 2023 tax return if all you did was apply for it in 2024 and did not even start a plan.   If you did not start a plan in 2024 you will not have anything to enter about it on a 2024 tax return either.

Your application would have been for 2024.

Did you apply and use the marketplace in 2023.

2023 would be the 1095-A that you would receive, and have to file..
