Do they have Marketplace insurance?  If so, and you are NOT a dependent on their return, you will need to get the 1095-A and enter it on your return. You will choose, I shared this policy with another taxpayer not on my return. You will then need to ask them how much they chose to allocate to you and how much they allocated to themselves as this will be one of the questions. If they allocated 100% to themselves, then you will enter 0%.  If they allocated 67%, then you would enter 33%.

If you are a dependent on their return, you will not enter anything for the insurance information.

If this is for a state question, the rules may vary depending on the state, but you will need to get the information from your parents.
