If I already have a payment arrangement set up with the IRS, can I add what I will owe this year to it?

I have had a payment plan for about a year that I have never been late on. Is it possible to add what I owe this year to that? How do I do it and what option do I choose at the end of filing?

Yes, but you will need to contact the IRS to do so.  One of the conditions of your installment agreement is that you agree to  "File all required tax returns on time & pay all taxes in-full and on time (contact us to change your existing agreement if you cannot)."  You can get in touch with the IRS at 800.829.1040 regarding this matter.  I would advise contacting them before filing, but in TurboTax you can select the "pay by check" option when you do file.  This way you won't be prompted for bank account information and you can ignore actually sending the check because your balance will be added to the installment agreement.
