No. MAX is an optional add on package that provides Identity Theft Restoration, Monitoring and Audit Defense. Your information above shows that you are using the Deluxe Edition. In the Free Edition you would add PLUS benefits to gain access to your prior year returns. But PLUS is not necessary in the Deluxe Edition as it includes access to prior year returns.
