If an employee address is incorrect on the K-1 does that matter? Can he correct it on his personal taxes?

As long as the Social Security number is correct, the address does not matter. You should get it corrected with the entity that issued the K-1.

When you enter it into your tax return, the address will default to the address you have entered for your tax return.
