Ok so I filed my taxes with TurboTax, all things there were fine, so I get my return on february 25th 2026, it gets deposited into my credit karma account, worst mistake of my life, so last year I had problems with credit karma but it wasn't as horrible as what I'm going through with them now, so my tax return, $10,664 hit my credit karma account feb 25th, well I log into my account and I can see my balance, but I can't do nothing because I don't have my debit card, well after I filed jan 27th or so, I contacted ck to get a replacement debit card, they sent me one, and on feb 25th when I accessed my ck account I tried to activate my card, they wanted to verify my identity, I thought ok let's do this, well no I have an old phone number on the account, and since trying to verify my identity they froze my account, because they wouldn't accept my documents, I went into Mt dept. Of justice got a replacement id they won't accept that, and completely locked me out of my account and I can't even see my balance now, they don't got a number to call and talk to anybody, just chat and they don't have any information or way to contact the 3rd party verifier company that they use, or can't tell me why my documents are not being accepted so here I am four days after my return hit my account, I can't even see it now, this is unreal really, if I was TurboTax I would seriously think about partnering with a different bank because this is horrible the worst thing ever and now I don't know if I'll ever see my return or be able to access my account, I can't even close my account, change my number, unfreeze my account, activate my new debit card, nothing without verifying my identity, I didn't need none of this last year when I got my taxes.
