I have and IRS issued Identity protection Personal Identification number, where do I enter the number when filing?

my return was rejected by irs.  on 1/13/20 IRS issued me a Personal Identification number "letter states for filing 2019 tax return"   Last year return was paper filed.  I am receiving an error message about AGI or self select pin from last year.
