Why was I enrolled in ID Notify without consent and being charged for it?

Why am I enrolled in ID Notify.. I did not consent to it.. And if I'm understanding correctly I'm being charged for it???? Why??? And how do you remove me from it and get my money back?

Why was I enrolled in ID Notify without consent and being charged for it?

ID Notify is the provider who partners with TurboTax to monitor your identity for theft.  ID Notify is a part of the "MAX" bundle, which is an add-on package with several features.  (And yes, it does carry an additional cost).  

I'm including information below about the MAX bundle, and what it includes.
