I would like to know what is the deadlines for Charitable organization to submit the tax receipts to donors.

Charities are only required to provide you with a receipt for contributions of more than $250. I do not believe there is a date by which they must furnish you with the receipt, but you can request one at any time and they should provide it to you if they haven't already done so.
