I worked for a friend who owns her small business for four months. I am not self employed. She didn't give me a 1099 but claims to have reported it. What 1099 do i choose

What your friend is probably saying is that she reported the money she paid to you as an EXPENSE for her business.  She may or may not have been required to issue you a 1099-MISC.  Unless you were paid $600 or more, she's not required to issue you a tax document.  

I'm assuming that she didn't withhold any taxes from your payment.  She'd have been required to issue you a W-2 if she had.

That said,  ALL income must be reported.  And this income will likely be classified as self-employment income to you.  See the information below regarding self-employment.

FYI:  You will not be able to use the Free Edition of TurboTax because of this income.  You can begin in the Free Edition, but TurboTax will prompt you to upgrade your program, probably to the Self Employed edition.
