You can stop any time and come back to TurboTax after you gather more information. If you are online, Go to the bottom of the black vertical menu, on the left side, and click on Sign Out.
If you are in the desktop version, select File in the upper left and then Save, to save your progress.
You can pay for Turbo Tax now and come back later to finish your return. This will give you the current discounts and if there are prices changes before you file, you will be locked in at the lower price.

You can prepay at any time by doing this:
Sign In
and Click the Take me to my return button.
Select File on the left menu and proceed to the Review your order screen.
On mobile devices, tap the 3 white lines in the upper left corner to open the side menu which contains the File option.
Click Start or Revisit and follow the onscreen instructions to submit payment.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and pre-paid cards with a U.S. billing address.
