I went through the Love My Credit Union Rewards and my credit union to get a discount on Turbotax, and I did not receive a discount. How can I receive my discount?

My credit union said I could get a discount on Turbotax products through the Love My Credit Union Rewards program, however when I filed, I did not receive the discount, I paid full price. I would like that discount refunded.
