I wasn’t shown an area to enter a 1095-a form with my health insurance. Do I need to amend?

I have Medicare and a supplemental insurance of UnitedHealthcare. I did not received any 1095-A form!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you did not have health care coverage through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges, then you would not have received a Form 1095-A.
