I was unemployed ( I am a Homemaker now) and did NOT receive unemployment. How do I reset my tax form to show this?

Return to the 1099-G entry section and delete the blank form that transferred over from last year that is no longer needed.

To remove your unemployment information for 2021, please follow these steps in TurboTax Online:

1. Open your return.
2. Search for 1099-G with the magnifying glass tool and select the Jump to link.
3. On the Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits in 2020? screen, answer No. 
4. Follow the on-screen instructions. 
5. On the Review your 1099-G info, click the trash bin icon next to your 1099-G to delete any unemployment information.

Thank you for your detailed answer, it helped. I am wondering though, I had $0 income in 2021 (I am a Homemaker/Homesteader) I was not employed outside my home. Why does Turbo Tax keep telling me I have to upgrade? I should be able to file a $0 income tax return for free!

Yes, you can file a free return, see Free Tax Filing With TurboTax® - New Full Service Free Offer. See Whom May I Claim as a Dependent? if you plan to claim a child and the related credits.

If you have no income then you have no reason to file a return at all.   However, if you are claiming dependents for the CTC   and/or  had ACA insurance  then you  can file but not with the TT free version.

If you qualify you can use one of the 8 IRS FREE FILE options that you must link in from the IRS site ... for 2021 your AGI had to be $73K or less.
