I was unemployed all of 2016. I moved from Canada in summer 2015. Have dual citizenship. No income for all of 2016. Supported by mother who is on Social Security.
Don't know if I need to file or not? Everything on Tax Forms will be "0".

If you have no reportable or taxable income, you have no reason to file a return.
