I was overcharged for filing through Turbo Tax.  $100 was  withheld from my return and it should have been a maximum of $60.  Actually I did not want Tax Audit protection as I filed with standard deduction and no problems contemplated.  However I was charged for Tax Audit so please help me receive my correct return amount from Intuit. 

Basically I should have been charged a total of $15 for the State Filing  Fee Only.

Did you use the Desktop installed program?  The state efile fee is $25 but you probably got a $10 discount.  Then if you want to have the fee deducted from your refund there is a $40 pay with refund service charge ($45 in California).   California includes Premium Service which has Audit Defense.  So 15+45=60 you were expecting.  

So I don't know how you got $100 deducted unless the IRS changed your refund for something.  Or  you used the Online version by accident.  That has been happening to people.
