Typically, no refunds are available once you've e-filed or printed your return. However, you can contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours to see if you can get any assistance. To contact Support during business hours, please see the info below. NOTE: When entering your subject matter, don't use the word "refund". Instead, use "billing issue".
