I was on a J2 visa in 2011 for a year, and F1 from 2020 until now. According to the 5 year rule, would that make me a resident alien? (2011, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)

Just for reference, when I was on J2 I was 10 years old and didn't have any income. I wasn't sure if the years are cumulative and would hence make me a resident alien now.

No, not if you were no longer in the US from 2012 through 2019.
