I was offer 30.00 off filing my taxes...how do i apply this discount?

yes it said we get a $30 discount...but it appears that they are just charging us the current rate.  Then they say we don’t have to pay the higher rate after 3/1....it’s a Scam to get more of us to file early. Sorry I fell for it too
