I was not issued a 1095-A

HealthCare.gov says I do not need one as I am covered by Medicare and Tricare4Life. How do I file?

I was not issued a 1095-A

In the program when you are asked if you have a 1095-A just say no and continue.

Or did the IRS reject the return for a missing form 8962?
