Married for 25 years, then divorced. My ex-husband died in 2017 and I am drawing his social security. Do I mark filing status as single, divorced or widowed?

You file as single unless you re-married. Divorce ends the marriage for tax purposes. While the social security you are receiving will still be factored into your income, that doesn't change your filing status.
If you have a qualifying dependent, you may qualify to file as Head of Household. Here's an FAQ on this subject: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4791157
