You file as single unless you re-married.  Divorce ends the marriage for tax purposes.  While the social security you are receiving will still be factored into your income, that doesn't change your filing status.

If you have a qualifying dependent, you may qualify to file as Head of Household.  Here's an FAQ on this subject:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4791157
