I was doing my state taxes and it applied the wrong county code and percent to forms. How do I fix this?

This is my first time using the forum so my apologies if I am not doing this correctly. 

I live in Johnson County, Indiana and work in Marion County, Indiana.  I put the correct county numbers in TurboTax and Turbo Tax calculated county income tax for the county I live in NOT the county I worked in.  I ran the return twice with the same incorrect result.  I have a letter from Ind Dept of Rev with the error and a bill for the difference.  The good news is that I was not charged a penalty but I did not know I had to look up county tax rates to double check TT.  I believe this is the same error that the other poster had.

To clarify, which counties are on your W2 for Local Taxes (Box 18-19-20)?
