I was charged $104 Turbo fees it said $44.99. If paid with refund it would add other fees I paid with my charge card and it still charged me. How do I get my money back?

What was the total charged to your credit card--104.98 or 149.97?   (plus possible sales taxes)

A Deluxe Federal return is 59.99.

Did you also prepare a state return at 44.99?

And if you did prepare a state return, was it California?  Are you a California filer and originally chose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund?   If so, that payment option is bundled with Premium Services at 44.99.   And if you then changed your mind and paid by credit card without correctly removing Premium Services first, it would still charge you for Premium Services.  If that's what happened to you, here's how to contact Customer Support during business hours:

This exact thing just happened to me, it said $44.99, i paid with my card and on the net screen it said it had charded me $107.

A fee from Santa Barbara Tax Products Group is a bank fee that this institution charges for handling the deduction of TurboTax fees from a user's refund. Users can avoid that fee by paying TurboTax fees upfront with a credit card or print and mail state for free to avoid the charge for e-filing the state return.

An $88 fee may have been for upgrading to Deluxe, or state e-filing fees.

@sickfredo   The 44.99 was probably only for Federal or the State.  There are separate fees for federal and state.
