More than likely your end of year LES will not match exactly the W-2 that you will receive in January. The IRS will either reject your return or hold the return for several weeks or months to investigate since the IRS will have your actual W-2 in their systems.
The IRS will not be accepting return for 2016 until mid to late January so just wait for the W-2.
