Do you mean that you filed by mail?    Thirty days is not very long to wait if you filed by mail.   It can take three or four weeks after mailing your return for a human at the IRS to open your envelope.  Then it has to be entered into the system and the IRS has to process the return.  If you mailed it 30 days ago---what does it say on the IRS refund site?

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

You can't switch the way that you file, once you've already filed.

For status updates, you can use the IRS tool Where's my Refund? You can also, contact the IRS for individual returns at 800-829-1040.

You can refer to the TurboTax article How do I track my state refund? to find out more information regarding your refund after you e-file and your state tax return is accepted.
