I want to delete 1098. I have no mortgage. It doesn't show up under the tax tools.

The review says I have to fill in the information. I haven't had a mortgage in 15 years.

Type '1098' in the Search area, then click on 'Jump to 1098'.

At the Home Loan Summary page, you can Delete any entries that are there.

Or, in the left-side menu, click on Tax Tools > Tools > Delete a Form from the pop-up menu.

Delete the Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet from your return.
