This is not a good policy. I decided to switch online tax assistance programs this year to try out turbotax and accidentally clicked on the Live version, it appears, at some point. It is a complete waste of my time now that I have added all of my information to the forms and didn't want/need Live but see I'm going to be charged that fee. I THOUGHT I had the deluxe version but the website design, especially if you're new to TurboTax is extremely challenging to navigate to check your product choices etc. It's like a "gotcha" where the user gets sucked into adding information without having transparency like a sitemap to utilize. I will be in touch with customer service.
