I’ve never had an e-file rejected before until this year

My e-file was rejected this year and due to some charitable donations from an estate I had to mail in my corrected return because I could not e-file with the signed form 8283 required. Does turbo tax still track my refund status if it had to be mailed in?

TurboTax never tracks the status of your refund, no matter how you file. TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS about the status of your refund. To check the status of your federal refund use Where's My Refund on the IRS web site. Note that it says you can check your refund status about 4 weeks after you file by mail.

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:
