I've input information three times. Why is this necessary? also I have two case numbers one on the computer and one on CD.? Why is this happening?

What is the problem? It sounds like you are using the CD/download. When you stop working on your return are you saving the file? It does not autosave. You have to save it before you close out of the program--and give it a name so you can find it again and open it up to continue working.
