I’ve had my return near finished 3 times & it will sign me out & take me back to the login screen. When I log in I have to start anew. I only have one account. What’s up?

It still has my return from last year on file. I did have this years return saved once but I decided to start over because I found my receipts. Any help is appreciated.

Possibly you will need to clear your browser cache (see the following link):

https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302272

After clearing cache, you can close and re-open your browser window and log back into TurboTax Online.

You may also try using a different web browser to login to TurboTax Online (ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.)

You can also attempt to log in with a different device (ie: tablet or phone, or different computer) to see if you still have the same issue.
