Not sure why you think you cannot file your 2023 or 2024 returns while your 2022 return is still in processing. The 2022 AGI does not matter; you only need that to to e-file, and e-filing is permanently closed for past year returns. The only way to file 2023 or 2024 is by mail. Those two returns must be printed, signed and dated in ink, and mailed to the IRS (and states if you are in a state with state income tax).
TurboTax does not provide expert help to prepare past year returns. If you need that sort of help you should seek local paid help.
You cannot change the tax year. The current online program is for 2025 only. Only a 2025 return can be prepared online and only a 2025 return can be e-filed.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2022, 2023, and 2024 is permanently closed.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2022, 2023, or 2024 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
And...you do not say how long ago you filed that 2022 return that is still processing. Does it say "processing" on the IRS refund site? TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your tax return, so no one at TT knows why the IRS is not finished with your 2022 return, nor can TT find out. You can track it by using the IRS refund site or you can contact the IRS yourself. If it has been a very long time, you can try contacting an advocate.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
