I've four (4) K-1s, only the filing for one has given ERROR code with LINE 16 Code B; all have similar parameters of: A/Various, B, C, & D. What gives?

Box 1 - 16 A and  F have to be on the same K1.  16 D has to be on on a separate K1 with Box 2 or 3.  This is my experience
