I’ve bee filing my taxes for the last 7 years on TurboTax. For some reason I can’t E-File due to some new forms, but nothing has changed.

All the documents I’ve received this year hasn’t been any different. But it’s saying I need to mail it manually.

Not necessarily, you may be able to e-file still, but perhaps not right now.

Several states have some form types that are not fully ready for being able to E-file them yet.

Folks in NC, cannot e-file anything to NC until 24 Feb, or after, even if you've entered everything possible  (unless TTX changes the date again).  They just won't take your e-filed forms yet.

So it may depend on what state you are attempting to file to...and what "state" tax forms happen to be in yoru tax file this year.
