I've already paid for turbotax 2016

I began doing by taxes in January, and am now continuing...I have a receipt that I've already paid for turbotax in January 2017, but today am being asked to pay again, how do i fix this?

I am including the contact information for the TurboTax customer service.  They will be able to give you a service code that will get you thru this section.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

Or if you want to go through the hassle of a phone tree to get the same results as using the contact website then use this phone number and select TurboTax - [removed]
