Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.

I have a blue spinning wheel that I'm unable to bypass. In Federal return - Other Tax Situation, when I click "Let's Keep Going" it returns to the "Deductions & Credits" and shows spinning wheel forever. Tried in 3 different browsers and iPhone TurboTax App. Everything is the latest version.
I spent 3 hours in the chat with your support, and they couldn't solve it. They don't know what it is.
Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

I'm using TruboTax App for iPhone, and it has the same behavior. How do I clean cache and delete cookies in the App?
You would need to go into your browser setting in your phone to clear cache and cookies. Also, try to close completely out of the App. If these steps do not work, please try to file using TurboTax Online on a computer.
I cleaned the cache and cookies in my iPhone - same results. I tried on my computer online in 3 different browsers - Firefox, Chrome, and Safari - it breaks the same way. Any other ideas? May be you can escalate it to developers?
