I used my son TIN previous year in my return and this year he got a temporary SSN for his co-ops . Do I need to use TIN or temporary SSN in my return ?

I used my son TIN previous year in my return and this year he got a temporary SSN for his co-ops . Do I need to use TIN or temporary SSN in my return ?
If your son has been issued an SSN for his co-op then you will use his SSN when you file your tax return. An ITIN does not authorize work in the U.S.
