No. You cannot transfer a 2023 tax file to a 2025 tax return. You can only transfer a 2024 tax file in to a new 2025 return. What did you do to prepare your 2024 return?

I had used TurboTax up until 2023. Then last year (2024) I used an accountant to file my taxes. For 2025 I want to go back to using turbo tax. I was hoping I could import my information from a previous TurboTax filing.

Sorry---you cannot transfer the tax file from any other year except 2024 to start a new 2025 return. It is not possible to transfer 2023 to 2025. Unless you have a tax file from your accountant that can be used to transfer 2024, you will start 2025 from "scratch."
