I transferred my GI Bill to my daughter. Is this considered me providing more than 50% support for her?

It could be. However, if your daughter was less than 24 years old on December 31, 2018, and a student, the question is whether she provided half of her own support. Whether or not the GI Bill is support from you will not be relevant. It is not support that she is providing herself. She would still be your qualifying child.
