I started my taxes on my sisters computer on a CD she purchased when I was in California. I am trying to pull the taxes up and continue so I can finish them.

Your tax return is stored locally on your sister's computer, not the TurboTax servers. You'll need to get her to send you the .tax file. You'll then need to purchase the CD/Download version of the TurboTax software your sister purchased to access your .tax file and finish your taxes.
