You should contact your bank to determine if a levy has been placed on your joint bank accounts. If child support is taking money from your joint account, they will be taking any form of deposits that are go into that account. With regard to your tax return, your boyfriends child support due will not directly effect your income tax return since he is not listed jointly on your tax return as your spouse.
