I saw a promotional price of $30 for Turbotax deluxe, but they are charging me $40. Does anyone know how to get the promotional $30 price?

To get your partner discount, be sure to always start on the affiliate partner’s website, such as your bank, credit union, insurance company, or other affiliate like Uber or Lyft. Select the TurboTax link from the partner’s website to access your tax return in TurboTax.

Where did you see the promotion?   If you saw it on an affiliate's site you have to use the link from that site to get the discount.
