No. You do not file a Schedule C for your start up losses. For 2024, there is nothing for you to file tax wise if you were not operating in 2024.
Your start up costs are entered on your first years return when you actually start operations. So, if you were not actually operating in 2024, and you are in 2025, then you would enter these costs on your 2025 return. When you set up your business profile, you will be able to say you have start up costs and then TurboTax will walk you through the entries for them.
