I recently had a random charge of $198 from TurboTax come out of my bank account, but havent used it to have this happen, Any idea on why this happened, or if its a scam?

You will need to contact TurboTax support for any type of account problem. Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday
